"Easy keypad and worth the price"
I mainly bought this for the keypad, and it’s been really easy to use. The buttons press smoothly, and I’m not sitting there fighting with it like some cheaper ones I’ve tried before. My kids picked it up fast too, which is a plus. I was trying not to spend too much, so I’m happy it actually works well for the price. No complaints so far.

"I was excited when this..."
I was excited when this showed up, especially after getting the order email and receipt, but the quality was a little disappointing. The plastic feels kind of flimsy, and the screws already looked a bit worn or rough right out of the box. It works, but it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected.

"Feels safer than my old lock"
I got this mostly for the fingerprint feature and the hidden PIN screen, and it does make me feel a lot safer than my old lock. The fingerprint unlock has been really convenient. The app is decent too, although it can be a little slow sometimes, could just be my Wi-Fi or maybe I haven’t played around with the settings enough. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Good lock, frustrating app"
The lock itself works fine, and I haven’t had any real issues with it actually locking or unlocking. But the app is just kind of a pain. It freezes on me sometimes, usually right when I’m standing at the door with groceries or trying to get inside after walking the dog. Some of the settings are buried in weird places too, so I end up tapping around longer than I should. For the price, I expected the app to feel a lot smoother

"Fingerprint scanner has been solid so far"
The fingerprint reader has worked every time for me so far, which is a nice surprise. No failed scans yet. That said, I’m still a little curious how it’ll hold up over time, especially with wet or dirty fingers, but for now it’s been really reliable

"Honestly, easy to set up"

"Battery holds up good"
Battery life has been good for me, but I do wish the app gave warning a little earlier before it gets low.

"Pretty solid connection so far"
I’ve had it for a few months now, maybe since March or April, I can’t remember exactly, but overall the connection has been steady. The app opens the lock without much trouble and it doesn’t really drop often. I did have to reconnect the WiFi once, I think sometime in the first week or two, but after that it’s been working fine. Not totally perfect, but it’s been reliable enough for me...

"Pretty good lock for the price"
Overall, I’d say it’s a decent lock for what you pay. It seems to work well enough so far, though the app feels a bit clunky and not super intuitive. Still, for the price, I think it’s probably worth it.

"Perfect for my forgetful, smart-home-loving self"
As someone who’s always trying to make the house a little smarter—and who definitely forgets keys more than I’d like to admit, this Lockly has been a great fit. I got it connected with Alexa, and now I can lock the door from the couch or double-check it once I’m already in bed. Setup took me a little bit of messing around, but it wasn’t too bad. So far, it’s been working really well, and I love not having to carry keys all the time.
